ADS Solar complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles. This policy governs how we handle personal information collected via adssolar.com.au, quote forms, phone/email enquiries, and solar services.

  • Quote/installation purposes:name, address, contact details (email/phone), energy usage, property details, financial info for assessments.

How do we collect it?

  • Directly:website forms, emails, calls, in-person meetings.

Primary uses: Provide solar panel/battery quotes, NETCC-compliant installations, support, and follow-ups (reasonably expected).
